• Bay Ridge-bound X27 and Sea Gate-bound X28 buses are detoured because of the Financial District Summer Fair on Broadway from Liberty St to Battery Pl.
  

  Bay Ridge-bound X27 and Sea Gate-bound X28 buses are not stopping at Broadway/Cedar St and Broadway/Exchange Alley.

  Buses will operate on Pearl St and Water St instead.
