  For M1 and M2 service, use the stops on Park Ave South at E 21st St or Madison Ave at E 43rd St.
  For M2 limited service, use the stops on Union Square East at E 15th St or Madison Ave at E 43rd St.
  For M3 service, use the stops on Park Ave South at E 21st St or Madison Ave at E 42nd St.
